In life, there is one variable that is constant regardless of one’s race, nationality, beliefs, or actions, we all have 24 hours in a day. How we spend those 24 hours depends on us? I’ve discovered a whisper in the 24 hours and that’s one hour. We really should stop and whisper to ourselves and devote one hour to physical exercise to enjoy the remainder of the 23 hours. We can consume one hour doing many things for example – fishing on the phone (FB, Instagram, twitter, snap~chat,) playing music, talking with family and friends, riding bikes, watching TV or just reading a book.
As we discovery the one hour whisper, we must work in harmony with the mind, body and soul. I’ve decided to devote one hour a day to daily exercise because without your health the other 23 hours is just a dream. I challenge you and therefore, challenge yourself to take the one hour whisper to incorporate some type of physical activity to your daily schedule.
Remember- Giving one hour a day to your health will allow you to enjoy the other 23 Hours in a day.
Neglect your health and the one hour will not be granted….
Discipline your mind. Discipline your body for one hour because without your health the other 23 hours is just a figment of your imagination.
